Shipping and Delivery
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after purchase, unless otherwise specified in the product description. We hand-deliver your products locally. Once your items are packaged and ready, you will receive an email notification confirming that your order is on its way.
International Shipping
All international orders are shipped via DHL Express (typically 1-5 days) or BPO Flat Rate (7-10 days, depending on your country). International orders are generally dispatched within 1-3 business days after purchase. Please note that shipping time does not begin until the order has been fulfilled. WE DO NOT OFFER RETURNS ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.
We do not ship on weekends or public holidays. While we make every effort to package items securely, we cannot be held responsible for items damaged in transit by DHL or other international shipping carriers. In rare cases of lost packages, we will handle these matters on a case-by-case basis.
Please note, Surishae + Co is not responsible for stolen packages once they have been delivered by international couriers.
Order Changes
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. We cannot accommodate requests to combine shipping or modify orders (e.g., adding or removing items) once they have been placed.
Returned or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned as undeliverable, we will issue a refund minus the shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee, unless other arrangements are agreed upon. Please ensure your shipping address, including apartment or suite numbers, is accurate before placing your order. Once an order is placed, we cannot revise the shipping address. Surishae + Co is not responsible for packages shipped to or returned from an incorrect address.
Import Fees
You may be subject to import fees, VAT, duties, or taxes upon receiving your package. These charges are not collected at the time of purchase. Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding applicable customs policies in your country.
